Rivigo Tracking FAQ: Answers to the Most Common Questions
Every day, shippers and receivers ask similar questions about following their consignments. To save you time, we have gathered the most common ones in a single place. If you are new to Rivigo courier tracking, this FAQ will help you understand the basics quickly.
1. What do I need to track my shipment?
You only need the consignment number, also known as the CN number or docket number. It appears on your booking receipt and is often sent by SMS or email when the shipment is booked.
2. How soon after booking can I track?
Usually within a few hours. The first scan must be recorded before any status appears. If you see no result right after booking, try again later the same day.
3. Why does my tracking show no result?
The most common reasons are a mistyped number, an invoice number entered instead of the CN number, or a very recent booking that has not been scanned yet. Re-check the digits and try again after some time.
4. Why has the status not changed for a while?
On long routes, a shipment can stay "in transit" while it travels between hubs. This is normal. If the status remains unchanged well beyond the expected delivery date, contact customer support.
5. Can I track a Mahindra Logistics shipment the same way?
Yes. Rivigo's B2B express business is now part of Mahindra Logistics, and tracking still works with your consignment number.
6. Can the receiver track the shipment too?
Absolutely. Anyone with the CN number can check the status. Shippers should share the number with the receiver so they can plan for delivery.
7. My shipment shows delivered, but I have not received it. What now?
First ask colleagues, reception or security staff whether anyone accepted it on your behalf. If not, contact support immediately with your CN number and the delivery details.
8. Is tracking free?
Yes. Checking your shipment status online does not cost anything. You only need an internet connection.
9. Can I change the delivery address after booking?
Address changes depend on the provider's policies and the stage of the shipment. Contact the official support team as early as possible to ask whether a change is possible.
10. Is this tracking page the official Rivigo website?
No. Independent tracking pages exist to make status checks faster and more convenient, but they are not the courier's official site. For claims, address changes or complaints, always use the provider's official support channels.
Still Have Questions?
If your question is not answered here, keep your CN number ready and reach out to the logistics provider's customer support. Clear details help them solve your issue faster.
